The ML Contour headrest is the standard headrest as seen on the Supertilt. It includes a headrest mounting bracket, a vertical extension with a horizontal slider that allows for easy height and depth adjustment. The headrest portion is made of a solid wood base and a foam contour surface covered in nylon material.

The ML Swivel headrest allows for easy height and depth adjustment but also allows for more finite positioning with its horizontal slider and ball feature.

The ML Multi-Axis headrest is the most versatile headrest. The unique design allows for an infinite amount of positioning to maximize user comfort. It comes with an easy to use, tool-less adjustability clamp, a 90° goose neck vertical extension with ball and a horizontal slider.
