The GTR is a geriatric tilt and recline steel frame wheelchair, lined with steel back panels for extra strength and comes with 4 casters, 3 total lock and 1 directional. The GTR with Rear Wheel Upgrade differs in the fact that it includes 2 rear wheels instead of 2 casters in the back, with the frame designed to accommodate.
